SISA Australia – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and participation in SISA Holiday Programs. By booking a program, you agree to comply with the following policies and procedures.

- Drop Off: 9.00 am – 9.30 am
- Pick Up: By 3.30 pm
3. Sign In/Sign Out Procedure
- Children must be signed in and out each day by an authorised parent or guardian.
- Sign-in/out sheets will be provided and must be completed daily.
- Children may only leave with a parent/guardian unless prior arrangements are made in writing via email.
- If you are running late to collect your child, you must phone 0455 410 947 to notify staff.
4. What to Bring
- Healthy lunch and snacks (nut-free)
- Refillable water bottle (labelled)
- Hat (labelled)
- Sunscreen
- Spare clothing and shoes
- Any required medication with a completed medical plan (e.g., Asthma Action Plan)
5. What NOT to Bring
- Valuables
- Mobile devices or tablets (programs are device-free). If contact is required, children may request to use the Head Teacher’s phone. Parents can contact their child via 0455 410 947.
- Food containing nuts – SISA is a strictly nut-free environment.
6. Medical Conditions & Additional Support
- Parents/guardians must disclose all medical conditions and additional support needs at the time of enrolment.
- Children diagnosed with asthma, anaphylaxis, or other serious conditions must provide an Individual Health Management Plan completed by a medical practitioner and given to the Head Teacher on arrival.
7. Infectious Diseases & Illness
- Children who are unwell or unable to participate in normal activities should be kept at home.
- If a child falls ill during the program, parents/guardians will be contacted for immediate collection.
8. Lunch & Snacks
- Parents/guardians must provide a healthy, nut-free lunch and snacks daily.
- SISA staff cannot provide meals or purchase food for participants.
9. Clothing & Equipment
- Children must wear suitable sports clothing and footwear.
- All personal items must be clearly labelled.
- Children with long hair must keep it tied back.
- No jewellery is permitted for safety reasons.
10. Sun Safety
- SISA promotes sun safety at all times.
- Parents/guardians must ensure children bring a hat and sunscreen.
- Staff will encourage re-application of sunscreen throughout the day.
11. Behaviour Policy
- SISA programs are designed to provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment.
- Bullying, intimidation, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Staff will encourage positive behaviour and may remove participants from activities if behaviour compromises safety.
- No refunds or credits will be provided for removal due to unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
12. Refunds, Credits & Cancellations
- Refunds will only be issued if a valid medical certificate is provided within 7 days of the missed session.
- Credits may be issued for other cancellations, valid for 12 months, and not redeemable for cash.
- Transfers to another program day may be permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice and subject to availability.
- No-shows without notice will not be eligible for refunds or credits.
- If SISA cancels a program, families will be offered a refund, credit, or transfer to another day.
13. Risk & Liability
- Participation in SISA programs involves physical activity. While staff take all reasonable care, parents/guardians acknowledge there is an inherent risk of injury.
- By enrolling, parents/guardians release SISA, its staff, and contractors from liability for injury, loss, or damage, except where required by law.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is physically fit to participate.
14. Changes to Terms
SISA Australia may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on our website.

SISA Australia – Refunds & Credits Policy

At SISA Australia, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, credits, or booking changes are available.
1. Refunds
- Refunds are only provided if a participant is unable to attend due to illness or injury and a valid medical certificate is supplied.
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the medical certificate.
2. Credits
- If a booking is cancelled for reasons other than illness or injury (e.g., scheduling conflict, incorrect booking date), a credit can be applied to the customer’s account.
- Credits can be used for any future SISA Australia holiday program or incursion booking.
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are not transferable for cash.
3. Booking Changes
- If a participant is unable to attend on the booked day, the booking can be transferred to another available program date, subject to availability.
- Requests to change a booking date must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled program.
4. Non-Attendance
- No refunds or credits will be provided for non-attendance without prior notice.
5. Cancellations by SISA Australia
In the unlikely event that SISA Australia cancels a program, customers will be offered the choice of:
- A full refund, or
- A transfer to another program date, or
- A full credit valid for 12 months
6. How to Request a Refund, Credit, or Change
All requests must be submitted via email to holiday@sisa.com.au and must include:
- Parent/guardian name
- Child’s name
- Program date
- Reason for request
- Medical certificate (if applicable)
